1. Party roles
ООО «Виксора» may act as controller for its own purposes or as processor on documented instructions in an agreed enterprise deployment. The role must be contractual, not inferred from marketing content.
2. Instructions and purposes
Processing on instructions is limited to documented purposes, enabled features, data categories, and periods.
3. Technical and organizational measures
Access control, isolation, logging, backup, deletion, and routing are described only for a verified deployment.
4. Subprocessors and transfers
Providers and regions are disclosed through a verified register. An unapproved provider is not added to the public list.
5. Enterprise request
Contact privacy@yasnora.ai for a DPA, security questionnaire, or architecture review. A template is not an executed agreement without authorized signatures.
