1. End of paid access
Public Pro access is purchased for a fixed 30- or 365-day period without automatic renewal. No new payment is made after expiry without a separate explicit order from the user.
2. Cardless trial
When no card is collected, trial expiry creates no charge. Access moves to Free or another state disclosed in advance.
3. Refund request
Email finance@yasnora.ai from the account address, identifying the order and reason without sending card details. Requests are assessed individually under mandatory consumer rights and delivered service.
4. Timing and result
Response time and refund method depend on order verification, mandatory law, and the payment provider. No automatic refund is promised, and mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
5. Data and access
Subscription cancellation does not delete the account. Data deletion is requested separately through privacy@yasnora.ai or the application.
