Before you start
What happens after the trial?
After 14 days, access returns to Free. There is no automatic charge.
Is a payment card required?
No. The trial requires no card. Paid access starts only after a separate explicit action.
Can I cancel?
Public Pro periods do not renew automatically. The refund process is described on the dedicated legal page.
Where is data stored?
This depends on the deployment profile, stores, and active policy. Universal Russian data residency is not claimed.
Can I use local models?
Yes, in an eligible configured deployment. Model eligibility depends on the registry, policy, and deployment profile.
Do you train models on my data?
We do not publish one universal promise for every provider and deployment. Processing terms must be reviewed for the selected route; the public subprocessor register is under review.
Can an organization block external AI?
Server policy and Private AI Mode are Early Access and deployment-dependent. A prohibited route must not become a hidden fallback.
What happens after deletion?
Deletion follows the available workflow and retention policy. One production-verified chain across every store and backup is not yet published.
