1. Recipient
Consent is given to ООО «Виксора» for the explicitly identified Yasnora AI registration, contact, or other flow.
2. Data and purposes
The contact form processes name, work email, topic, and message. The support center additionally processes the selected product, category, impact, short subject, messages, ticket status, and handling history. A random access code is used only for protected ticket viewing and replies.

- do not include data the form does not collect;
- do not extend consent to inactive capabilities.
3. Processing operations
Collection, recording, organization, storage, correction, use, necessary transfer to an authorized processor, restriction, and deletion are limited to the stated purpose.
4. Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until the purpose is fulfilled, the applicable retention period ends, or it is withdrawn, unless law requires further retention. Send withdrawal to privacy@yasnora.ai; withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
5. Evidence
The application must retain the exact document version, language, time, source, and acceptance method. The control is never pre-selected.
