1. Provider
The provider is ООО «Виксора». Registration details and address appear on the Legal Company Information page.
2. Service
The provider supplies remote access to the selected Yasnora AI plan. Features, limits, and period are defined by the confirmed order and catalog version.
3. Acceptance
Acceptance occurs through the designated interface before payment. The system retains the Offer version, date, user, order, plan, period, and amount.
4. Price and payment
Price and currency are shown before payment and validated server-side against the canonical catalog. Client-provided values do not determine the amount. Full card details do not pass to Yasnora AI when an external provider processes payment.
5. Trial
Trial terms are catalog-driven. When no card is collected, trial expiry does not create an automatic charge and access moves to the intended free state.
6. Activation and period
Paid access starts after payment confirmation for the selected fixed period. Public Pro periods do not renew automatically; a new period requires a separate explicit order.
7. Access expiry and refunds
At the end of the paid period, access moves to the state disclosed before the order. Refund-request rules are published separately and remain subject to mandatory law.
8. Delivery and support
The service is delivered electronically. Send payment questions to finance@yasnora.ai and other support questions to support@yasnora.ai.
9. Effective status
The Offer applies from its stated effective date. Payment accepts the version shown to the user before the order is placed.
