1. Service and contracting party
Yasnora AI is provided by ООО «Виксора». A capability’s availability depends on its published status, plan, workspace policy, and deployment.
2. Accounts
- provide accurate information;
- protect credentials and do not share access;
- report compromise;
- organization administrators manage corporate workspaces within granted authority.
3. User content
Users retain rights in lawfully submitted material and grant only the permission needed to operate the service. Users are responsible for having a lawful basis to submit and process content.
4. AI output
Output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or reflect common patterns. Verify it before use, particularly for high-impact decisions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not violate law, third-party rights, security measures, access boundaries, or the Acceptable Use Policy. Malware, fraud, and attempts to bypass safeguards are prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, design, software, and marks belong to ООО «Виксора» or their licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform.
7. Beta and early access
Experimental features may change, be unstable, or be discontinued. Their status must remain explicit.
8. Availability and termination
Access may be temporarily limited for maintenance, security, or law. Material breach may result in termination while preserving lawful data access where required.
9. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law and contract. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
